Abstract：OjetiTaltetetoatefdulesinss'althaatiodlaedueingfctodoe evidenceforfulatigpreetioateistsor4togsretiaytalie selectedasesastsouhcpdalaisoidedilaieecale wereusedforetesialaiodatiogiilitsihiotdul were compared.Results The detection rate of thyroid nodulesin nurses was 54.74% ，with57.89%in femalesand40.48%inmales.Theprevalence ofBMI≥27 kg/m2 wasthehighest，andtheprevalenceofnurses ininternal medicinedepartmentwashigherthanthatinotherdepartments，the prevalenceoftrdulesinfrgartlasowrnatigearetfldtatisti were extremely significant（ P<0.001 ），buteducationhadnosignificanteffctontheprevalenceofthyroidnodules，thediffrencewasnotstatistically significant （ P> 0.05）.Thetotalsorofnaaiecogiiveabilityinnuswithtyrododuless（475.）soesichslowerthn（9. ± （2 6.14）scores in nurses without thyroid nodules（ P<0.001 ）.Logisticregressionanalysisshowed that gender，age，BMIindex，narrativecognitiveability， single-parent family，and department wererisk factors for thyroid nodules（ P<0.05） .Conclusion The detection rate of thyroid nodules in nurses is relativelydeiilltc occupational health protection should be carried out.
