Abstract：OjectiveToexploreteaplicationvalueoftwdmensioalspeckletrackingimaging（D-TbasedonteU-Netcoolutioal neuraetwokolitsidoa failuremanageentMetodsTwoudredpatintswiheartfalredmittoourospitalfrougusttoJly5ereelectedse casegroupandoterOaltdiualsodewentpysicalexainatiosduringtesaeproderesletedsteontrolgouo groupsoftwoimesioalocardgaicatarecoltedsingtGEGE9oloopplerultrasoudagosticstd denoisingandenhancementpreprocessngwerecariedoutthroughtheMATLABR2O24asoftware.TheU-Netmodeltoachieveautomatic segmentatioofdfdtaedala）dl circularstraiSiomatioiCareeosructedndtidThatioefocofto manualsegmetatiosulsfxprtseopaedtfresinsaiaraeestetoosdsscet modelandthetraditioalevaluationmethodwerenalyzedResultsTheDicecoeficientofteUNetmodelforsegmentingleftetrilar myocardium was （0.89±0.03），the Jaccard index was （0.82±0.04），the accuracy ratewas（95.68±2.15） % ，the sensitivitywas （94.32±2.56） % ，and the speifcitylldaa LS，RS and CS in the case group were all lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .The AUC value of the U-Net model combined with 2D-STI forevaluatingleft ventricular function and magnetic resonance imaging（MRl） was（ 0.91±0.02） ，whichwashigherthan that of traditional twodimensional ultrasound（ 0.78±0.03 ，and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05） .Conclusion The U-Net convolutional neural network modelcanatelntteydaoudaryofftetrcleiattsitartueomdiDTittiely extractmyocaaangoblaiaicaofotffacoding clinical application value.
