Abstract:OjectiveToexploreteaplicationvalueoftwdmensioalspeckletrackingimaging(D-TbasedonteU-Netcoolutioal neuraetwokolitsidoa failuremanageentMetodsTwoudredpatintswiheartfalredmittoourospitalfrougusttoJly5ereelectedse casegroupandoterOaltdiualsodewentpysicalexainatiosduringtesaeproderesletedsteontrolgouo groupsoftwoimesioalocardgaicatarecoltedsingtGEGE9oloopplerultrasoudagosticstd denoisingandenhancementpreprocessngwerecariedoutthroughtheMATLABR2O24asoftware.TheU-Netmodeltoachieveautomatic segmentatioofdfdtaedala)dl circularstraiSiomatioiCareeosructedndtidThatioefocofto manualsegmetatiosulsfxprtseopaedtfresinsaiaraeestetoosdsscet modelandthetraditioalevaluationmethodwerenalyzedResultsTheDicecoeficientofteUNetmodelforsegmentingleftetrilar myocardium was (0.89±0.03),the Jaccard index was (0.82±0.04),the accuracy ratewas(95.68±2.15) % ,the sensitivitywas (94.32±2.56) % ,and the speifcitylldaa LS,RS and CS in the case group were all lower than those in the control group( P<0.05) .The AUC value of the U-Net model combined with 2D-STI forevaluatingleft ventricular function and magnetic resonance imaging(MRl) was( 0.91±0.02) ,whichwashigherthan that of traditional twodimensional ultrasound( 0.78±0.03 ,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05) .Conclusion The U-Net convolutional neural network modelcanatelntteydaoudaryofftetrcleiattsitartueomdiDTittiely extractmyocaaangoblaiaicaofotffacoding clinical application value.
