Effect of Small Akupotomye Release Combined with Acupoint Injection on Pain andKneeJointFunctioninPatientswithKneeOsteoarthritis

Abstract：ObjeieTivestgtehetofallupotoeeleaseomindwitcupotiectiooindejtfuoin patientswiteoteoartisetdsAotalf6atitsiosteoarthrioeretreatediJinuntyeople'sspialfro January2023toay5wereselectednddividedtootrolgoup3paients）ndstudyop（33patints）byandomumberableetod Thecontrolgrouaratedithiplepontietioapyndthdyoratdwitallupotoeleasisis TheclinicalecnslalealA）octioretoaleoeeadeo andtheadversereactionsduringthetreatmentwere monitored.Results Thetotal efectiverateofthe study group was 93.94 % ，which was better than 72.73% of the control group（ P<0.05 .After treatment，the VAS score and symptomscore of the two groups were decreased，and the Lysholm score wasincreasedeosdosfdoa controgroup68sod9s]leeLoo4）sossgtnhatoftolo [（68.926.ettisiidoto andtheimprovementof each dimensionand total scoreof thestudy group was beter than thatof thecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）.Conclusion The combinatioofallueupttofeaietite therapeuticefect，effectivelyrelievepainandimprovethejointfunctionofpatients，andthetreatmentissafeandreliable.
