Abstract：OectieTdhetofeppdabiliaousingiteveooaitsihmarisaoMetsUigte randomnumberabletdtotall6isimbarisaodioaooutyeople'sospitalfonete 2023weredividedintootrolopatintsndseatiooup3patients）eontrolgoupastreateditoutiusingd tobeaddl arebilityli pain，energyslpereevauatedesultseseatiogoupadlowetheVSorendOwestothantoeofeotrolouat discharge and1，2and 3months after operation（ P <0.05）.The observation group had higher the excellent and good rateof rehabilitation effect （96.97 % ）than thatin thecontrol group （75.76 % 0 P<0.05 ）.The scores of each dimension ofself-careabilityin the observation group were higher than thosenheotrooudhofcsioofalityffelowrtoeinotroouOCocusd rehabilitatoseedeeofsibpelioto self-care abilityand quality of life，which isworthyof clinical application.
