Abstract：Obetivetelofeiofieabdkibinreantofvees toprovidepractialsisfosttioalleletrolvelopntofseddeeceofs MethodsFromJanuaryOtJuly2tintsithvereplaqueporsisinteDeparmentofeatolgeijingiDistrict People'sHospitalresldAccodingtodoumbrableetd，tyeiidedntoiuaboupndekaboup（ patientsneacoualityfe（QdierioeS，adeactieote）d factor （RF），interleukin-2 （IL-2），interleukin-17 （IL-17），tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF-α） expression and skin barrier function were compared betwnthetoopsbforeandetreatmentandtefcacydsafetyofthetwogrousereaalydResultshereasoiat diferenceinthapetictetwntgousP）AfereaeteQndosofthrousera thosebeforeretdthAsooftsuuaboupasloertantatofteiekaboupteifereceasatialy significant（P0.05） .Aftertreatment，the levels of CRP， rheumatoid factor，IL-2，IL-17and TNF- α inthetwo groupsdecreased，and thelevels of CRP，rheumatoid factor，IL-2 and TNF- ∇⋅α∝ in the secukinumabgroupwere lower than thoseintheixekizumab group，thediferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（ P <0.05），while there was no significant difference in IL-17 between the two groups（ P>0.05 .After treatment，the sebum content and stratum corneum water content of the two groupsincreased，and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.The cortical content，stratum corneum water content and measurement diferenceofteaitsihukiboeigeatoeineeaboundreeatisallit （P0.05）.Theotlincidenceofdverseratiosintheixekiuabgoupaslowerthanthatinteseukiumaboupndtheireces statistically significant（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Ixekizumab and secukinumab areefectiveinthetreatment of severepsoriasisvulgaris.While， secukinumabseipotsteofuctoesdocietfeeossli but ixekizumab has fewer side effects.
