Clinical Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the Treatmentof Chronic Heart Failure and its Effect on Serum NT-proBNP

Abstract：ObjetieTxplolicaletofubirlasarasoinreamtofocartfureditso terminalprobrect（petsUingdbablethtotalytitsicre admitedtoGuangangCoutyeoplesHospitalfroJauarytoDecember2weredividedintocontrolgoupndsudygouptits pergroup.Inteotroloupatientseretreatedithenazepildrochlodblets，ileintesudyouatitseretedit sacubitrilbaldsEEd andincidencefseactiooalliverfuioadchseekaleipealearepedet groups.Results The study group （96.97 % ））hadhigherthe total efectiverateof treatment thanthat inthecontrol group （72.73 % ） （P<0.05）.The study groupdemonstratedsignificantlyetercardiacfunctionparametersandNproBlevelcomparedtothecontrolgroupaftertreatent（ P< 0.05）.The study group （3.03 % ） had lower the incidence of adverse reactions than that in the control group （18.18 % 0 P< 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effct of sacubitrillaataofocartflueschpdacciftspelf serum NT-proBNP，and has high safety.

慢性心力衰竭（chronicheartfailure）是临床上发生率较高的一类心脑血管疾病，主要由心脏长期血液输出量减少引起心室重塑所导致，对患者的心功能产生严重影响，具有发病率高、死亡率高的特点，4年生存率约等于恶性肿瘤，且若患者病情严重，1年内的死亡率可以达到 50% 左右，可见给予慢性心力衰竭患者有效治疗十分重要[2]。（剩余5207字）
