医养结合背景下新疆农村养老机构养老服务评价研究

Abstract：ObjectieTevauateepesioservicesinuralareasofUumXinjanMethdsFromJnetoecemberthated randomsamplingmethodwasusedtoextractthepensionistitiosinUrumqiastheresearchbjectTequestioairesurveywasusedto ivestigateesicnreqcdegeesiptiealsesultstotalofpesd 270 elderly people participated in the survey.Pension caregivers： mainly women（ 80.49% ）and those with junior high school education and below （51.22% ） 63.41% had received pre-job training，but only 40.24% held the qualification certificate of old-age caregiver;the workingyearswere mostl3toyasdotlasoeatedattaainlspsiblefrdailareofdlle overalljobsatisadigtsiasofositioln pensioninstitioainlyoeer8earsldnddowdederlostofdsefarebiltsoderdlso sources mainly depended on pension insurance （ 47.41% ）and children'ssupply（ 29.63% ，and 45.56% of them had a monthly income of more than 2500 yuan.Most of the elderly had children （91.48 % ），their self-careabilitywas poor，and 47.41% of themhad livedininstitutions for1to3years. Thepensionistiosrodfaciisdpentsuchssuresportsaresomedgondiotead caiedoutaicalaidaertecdsldosaltucaiodt theelderlyiletld caregiversinhsiositioskadthlacecdfodstopoddtalitfot improvedThdssoliodal servicesneed tobe further improved.
