Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzethevalueofcolorDoplerultrasoundexaminationofuterinearteryandfetalumbilicalarteryinevating pregnancyisfoypertespregantenMetodstotalof68pregantoenityertesioagosdndtreatedinospital fromApril2tgst4eeedsseaiodolpregtoeeeeadiuiat sameperiodereetedstotrolouUrasodeaatosfodiearlydedlateagsoftoos pregnancytcoedealteatid）isa）touo velocity/end-dastolicaxiumbloodelocity（D）werecomparedbetweethetoroupsndteOCcureasusedtoeteinete diagnosticvaluefuteierteyndetalumblicalrteydicatofopregancsesultsmparediheotoop，teaio grouphadhigerteiideneofprematureelierysareastiooatalspyiafetalgowhstrictiondfetalstes P <0.05）， meanwhilethePI，RIandS/Dofuterinearteryandumbilicalarteryinthemiddeandlatepregnancywerehigher（ P <0.05），but there was no significantdifferenceinPI，RIand S/Dof uterine arterybetween the two groups in the early pregnancy（ P>0 0.05）.ROC curve analysis showed that PI， RIandS/Dofuterinarteryandfetalumbilicalarteryinlatepregnancyhadighdiagnosticvalueinevaluatingpregnancyrisk（AUC > 0.78）. ConclusionTeolooprrasodeaatioofetydetalbilcalrteyinpreantoniheresion valueinevaluaigacsicdictuacytatetspallitean provide areliable reference for the diagnosis and intervention of pregnant women with hypertension.
