Abstract：ObeieTesigatetetsfspiobdwitodogelisulfateusleregthliuciodlee ofbrain-derivedeurotroicfactor（BNDF）andasculardothelialgrowthfactor（VEGF）inpatintswiterebralifarctioiplegi MethodsromFebruary2toebruary4，68aietsithcerebalifarctiohmplegiadmitedtYuganCountyHospitalofTadiioal ChineseMediciwereselectedsteeseachjectseyeredividdtoudygoupndotrolgoupbyadmumbertableetodwih 34patentschop.hotolgopstreateditalpdteudopstreateditodogelsulateothsisf thetreatmtooallalodlii aggregationait）desd melenaadaedoosuaiteftd that in the control group（ P< 0.05）.After treatment，thelevelsof hemorheology indexes inthe studygroupwerelower thanthoseinthecontrol group 0 P< 0.05）.After treatment，the limb muscle strength of thestudygroup was higher than thatof thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.Aftertreatment，thelimb functionofthestudygoupasetertantatoftecontrolgroup（PO.5）.Aftertreatment，thelvelsofseruVEGFndDinthestudy group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.CnclusionAspirincombinedwithlopidogrelbisulfatehasadefiniteclinicalefectintetreatmentofpatientswithrebral infarctionpaprotelofmoldspeclegthdbiorote of VEGF and BDNF，and has high safety.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.

脑梗死（cerebralinfarction）是发病率较高的脑血管疾病，致残率和致死率均较高，脑梗死患者在发病时起病急，该疾病进展迅速，临床医学认为动脉粥样硬化的形成是引起脑梗死的主要因素，对患者生命安全造成一定威胁，患者发病后可伴随偏瘫、言语功能障碍、智力减弱等不良症状，越早开展针对性治疗对改善患者预后越有利。（剩余6176字）
