Epidemic CharacteristicsandTrend ChangesofHand-foot-mouthDisease in Gao'an City，Jiangxi Province from 20o8 to 2023

MethodsDescriptiveepidemologicaletodasusedtoaaletedataofHFMDinGoanCitfro28t2andJopote softwarewasusedtoanalzethetrendchangesResultsFrom2O08toO2，atotalof3669casesofhand-ftmouthdseasewerereportedn GaoanCityoficheverageaalicidenceateselowestindtestiO，owingdualdowadrdfro 2017 to 2O22，the incidence of each year was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.Cases werereported in27 towns，townshipsand streets in Gao'an City， thetopfoureuretJgtretjinduuondstsaaichtnh incidenceseasoofhandfotmouthdisease，teepidemicbegantoiserapidlyinarchndreachedtheeakinJune，teumberofsefro March to June accounted for 54.51% ofthe total，and the number of cases in February was the lowest，accounting for 1.28% of the total. The incidence of male was higher than that of female，and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 .The maximum age of the patientswas 32 years old，the minimum was 6 months，and the median age was 3.69 years old.Among them， 63.01% of the patients were 1 year old and below.The population was mainly scattered children and preschool children，accounting for 92.45% and 6.41% respectively.From 2017 to 2023，the incidence rateshowedaslowowardrendThepercentageofateredchidrenshowedapidupwardtrendfrom208to23，aapidupwardendfrom MarchtoJune，andlowdowwardtrendfromJunetoDecember.ConclusionFrom28tO2handfotmouthdiseaseinGoanCityhs certaiepielactedraleaddee mainlyconcentratedinyearoldndelowtrets（Junanguzou）andtowsareteinicideneareasndJuneistheigcidence periodeveryyealtoghcalsasisrefoetouldredeotgduitdutiof targeted populationsin high-risk areas during the high-incidence season.
