Abstract：ObjetieTexplotlicalfacyfboldrochodndebuteolhdrochoidautioombidwithdilan XiaoynoralidiaofopaeoditotelofaocoedAotaoftsi mycoplasmapeoadmitdtoDinganScodHospitalfroJuary2tay2erenoledinhesudyeyeredividedintoto groupsaogoderableodelyooits）dotits）ooa treatedwithbooldooddbuteolroodalutionddoratithdilaald thebsisf （20 α （TNF- ∇⋅α∝ ），high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）]，cellular immune levels （IgA，IgM，IgG，CD 4* ，CD 8* ，CD4+/CD8+），lung function [forced vital capacity（Vos （FEV % pred）]，remissontime（shornessofbreathdisapparancetimeoughdisapparancetime，wzingisappearancei，lungale disappearancetehitebloodcellountrecoerytie）werecomparedetwntetogroups.ResultsTetotalefectiveratewas96.5 % in the study group and 73.08% in the control group（ P<0.05） .After treatment，the levels ofseruminflammatory factors in the study group were shorter than those in the control group P< 0.05）.ThelevelsofIgA，Ig，gG， 4+ and CD4+/CD8 5+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group， while the level of CD8 ζ+ waslower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.The lung function level of the study group was higher than that of the controlgroundistllo than those of the control group（ P<0.05 .Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution combined with Pudilan Xiaoyanorallqdieltinratfoplaeochueeaoost adjustthefeaefI KeyWords：Ambroxolhydrochlorideandcenbuterolhydrochlorideoralsolution；PudilanXiaoyanoralliquid;Mycoplasmapemonia;

支原体肺炎（mycoplasmapneumonia）由支原体感染所导致，从病理改变的情况来看，主要以间接性质的肺炎为主，临床特点表现为顽固性的剧烈咳嗽，如果不能在第一时间得到诊断和治疗，很容易与肺部的其他器官结合，形成系统性的损害。（剩余6187字）
