Abstract:ObectieTinvetigateenicaldiagosticcuracyofOmageticesoanceiagingineonatalaniocerebaldises MethodsFromJauaryO21toDecember22398high-risknewboshounderwent3.OmagneticesoanceimaginginFuzhouMatealand ChildHealthHpiaereseleedseeseahetslloftdentoutindagetiesoaeginlcal diagnosisnddgosticcyoftetwogrouereompaedResultsereereositivecasetectedi98igisatesh diagnostic coincidence rate of 3.OT magnetic resonance imaging in 6O positive cases(93.33 % )was higher than that of conventional CT examination 0 80.00% )( P<0.05 .Theaccuracysiiityecicityositiverdictivealue,gatiepdictievalesagosisatedsedo rate of conventional CT examination were 79.59 % 71.67% , 86.84% , 89.58% , 66.00% ,13.16%and 28.33 % ,respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity, specificityi 89.80% ,91.67 % , 97.37% , 98.21% , 88.09% , 2.64% and 8.33% ,respectively.Theaccuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positivepredictivevalue and negativepredictievaluefageticsoaceiagigrhigherthantosefoetioalCileesdiagosisatede diagnosis rate were lower than those of conventional CT( P <0.05).Conclusion The application of 3.OT magnetic resonance imaging in neonatal craiocerebalo is helpful for the early accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment of neonatal craniocerebral diseases.
