缩宫素联合麦角新碱对剖宫产产妇产后出血及母婴结局的影响

Abstract：OectieTestiateetofiodigerioosaoedateadifantouin cesareansectioMethodsAtotalof6OpregantwomenwithcesarensectionreceivedbyanchangCountyatealandCildHealthospial fromJanuarytoDeceber3wereseletedsteeseahetsccodingtotdouberableetod，tyredividdto controgroupndudyouithOpregantwoeniachoupTeotrolgoupastreatedwitoyoiedliveryofthetusdte studgroupastreatedwitgometriealeateoeasisofteotrolgoup.TheamotofostpartumhmoageoaglatiofutioD dierb）， hpoglyea）ecdcasal twogroups.Resultseamountofpostpartumhmoageat2and24hafterdeliveryinthesudygoupaslowerthantatintheotrol group （ P< 0.05）.Aftertreament，D-dimer，Fib，thombintiendprothombintieintesudygoupwerelowertantoseineotrolgroup P< （20 0.05）.Theincidenceofadversematernaland infantoutcomesinthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P<0.05） .Theincidence of adversereactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Oxytocin combined with ergometrine has a definiteappatiotiaanooicanuestparmompoeateallatiofuciouce incidenceofadversematernalandinfantoutcomesandtheincidenceofadversereactions.Itisworthyofclinicalaplication.
