Abstract：Aiming atthe problems ofcomplex environment construction，high cost and lowsecurity insensor testing in the developmentofthe InternetofThings，asensorintelligent simulation testing systembasedonBigDataandDigitalTwin technologyis proposed.The systemrealizes eficientsimulationandtestverificationofsensordata through theself-developed sensordata inteligent simulation generator hardware，combinedwith Digital Twin technology and Artificial Intelligence algorithm.Theplatformusesthe.NET8.0frameworktobuildthesofware system.Thehardware design integrates theAD5410 Digital-to-Analog Converter and the STM32L151C8T6 main control chip，supporting a varietyof communicationprotocols. Experimentalresultsshowthatthe systemhas significant advantages intesteficiencyimprovement，costcontroland esuring security，and provides an innovative solution for the development and application of sensor technology.
