Abstract:Aiming atthe problems ofcomplex environment construction,high cost and lowsecurity insensor testing in the developmentofthe InternetofThings,asensorintelligent simulation testing systembasedonBigDataandDigitalTwin technologyis proposed.The systemrealizes eficientsimulationandtestverificationofsensordata through theself-developed sensordata inteligent simulation generator hardware,combinedwith Digital Twin technology and Artificial Intelligence algorithm.Theplatformusesthe.NET8.0frameworktobuildthesofware system.Thehardware design integrates theAD5410 Digital-to-Analog Converter and the STM32L151C8T6 main control chip,supporting a varietyof communicationprotocols. Experimentalresultsshowthatthe systemhas significant advantages intesteficiencyimprovement,costcontroland esuring security,and provides an innovative solution for the development and application of sensor technology.
