Abstract：To address challenges inundergraduate admissons such as complex data sources，ineffcient processes，and insuficienttimeliess indecisionsupport，tispaperdesignsanundergrauate admissonsassstancesystem.Thesystemeploys amulti-layer technicalarcitecture，integratesaheterogeneousdataconversionengineandanintelligentplaingoptiization engine，andcoversthewholeenrollment processfrombasicdataandenrollment plantoadmisionanalysis，admissionnotice management，freshman data and good news generation.The system realizes thestandardized cleaning of multi-source data， intellgentcompilationandadjustmentoferollmentplans，fullifecyclemanagementofcandidates，personalizedgenerationof notices/happiessreports，automationofclassdivisionandstdent numberfornwstudents，andconvenientoutputof -depth analysis ofhigh-levelreports.Byestablishing aclosed-loopsystem encompassing“datacollection-processng-maagementanalysis-decision-making-output”，thesystemsignificantlyehances theefciencystandardzation，andsientificigoofthe admisions work.Itfacilitates aparadigm shift inadmisions management from“experience-driven”to“data-driven”.
