Abstract: In order to improve the efficiencyand fairnessof performance management, BY Company designs and implements an automated performance evaluation system based on the concept of Personal BusinessCommitment (PBC). Aiming at theproblems of loweficiencyandstrong subjectivityof traditional manual assessment,thesystem constructsan intellgentaessmentsystemcoveringgoalseting,datacollection,automaticsoringandrsultaplcationbyintegratingthe existing Ofice Automation (OA)platformof the enterprise.The system adopts a modulararchitecture, including core modules suchasPBCdelbyatatecatidpoaldyeaodrtsuleioe clasifcationandadynamicsoringmechanism.ThesystemguaranteesdatasecuritythroughSSLencryption,cesscotroland disaster tolerancedesign,andimprovesstabilitybycombiningtheadaptationoftheinformationcreation environmentSinceits launchin2023,itascovered15assessment indicatorsacrosthompansgnificantlyimprovingdataprocesingency andasessmentobjectivity,reducinghuman eror,and promotingaccurate alignmentoforganizational goalsand individual performance.Practice shows that the system optimizes the performance management processof BY Company,provides a reusable solution for similar enterprises to realize assessment automation, and has high promotion value.
