Abstract：This paper focuses on the reform of work-learning integrated courses in vocational education.Taking the courseof Medium-sized Network Managementand Maintenance at HuizhouTechnician Instituteasan example，it explores the applicationand integrationof the Huawei eSight management platform in work-learning integratedcourses.Aimingat the problemof limited spacefor work-learning integration intechniciancoleges，alow-costandhighlysimulatedteaching environment is builtbyusing the Huawei eNSPvirtualsimulation platformandVMware VirtualMachine technology.The operation processessuch asinstaling eSightonthe VMware Virtual Machine andrealizing thebridgeconnectionofeNSPare elaborated.Theapplicationof theeSightplatforminteaching practicesofnetwork managementisdemonstrated.Practicesshow thatthis integration modeeffctivelyimproves students'network management skillsandprofessionalqualities，providngan innovative solution for the reform of work-learning integrated courses.
