Abstract： Inorder to break the temporal and spatial limitations ofofline museum exhibitions and provide visitors with moreconvenient and diverse visiting experiences，building an online museum platform using digital technologyand internet technologyhasbecomeapopular exhibitionandcommunicationmethodatpresent.This paperuses Figma software toconduct UIdesign forthefront-end pagesanddevelopsatextileandcostume museum exhibitionplatformusing technologiessuchas Vue， SpringBootand MySQL.Theplatform is mainlydividedintofourparts，includingfront-endUIdesign，user-terminalfunction design，backgroundmanagementfunctiondesignanddatabasedesign.Thesystemmainlyhassevenmodules，amelymuseum overview，informationdyamics，teachingandsientificesearch，popularienceeducation，exibiionanddisplayeice guideanddigitalexhibitionhallInadition，italsoprovidesanonliereservationfunction.Theplatformisadigitalmuseum platformthatintegratesdisplaycolection，researchexhibitionandeducation，providinganewapproach fortheinfoation dissemination， teaching practice and academic research of textile and costume museum.
