Abstract：Withtherapid developmentof informationtechnology，thedigitaland intelligent transformationof tradeunion Work hasbecome an inevitable trend.Asabridgeconnectingcolleges anduniversities andfaculty，theconstructionof smart tradeunions incolegesanduniversities isnotonlyanimportantmeasure torespondtothedevelopmentoftheInteretinthe newera，butalsoapowerful embodimentoftheinnovative practiceoftradeunions incollegesanduniversities.Inviewof the current situationand problems oftradeunion management andservice incolleges and universities，this paper deeplydiscuses and presents theapplicationand promotionof“one-stop”online service hallinpromoting theconstructionofsmarttrade unionserviceplatformincolegesanduiversities.Troughtheuseofadvancedinfomationtechology，itisexpectedtbter optimize and improve the management mode and service qualityofcolleges and universities tradeunions at this stage，and provide useful reference for the future development of trade unions in colleges and universities.
