Abstract：TheADTD ground lightninglocation systemis theonlyground lightning monitoring system offciallyoperated bythenationalmeteorological department.Thequalityofthe lightninglocationdata monitoredbythesystemisdirectlyrelated tothe effectiveness ofmeteorologicaldisaster preventionand mitigation.AfterAugust 2O21，alarge numberofground lightning data-false flashes thatdo not actualyoccr arerecorded intheADTDsystemof HubeiProvince.Inthis paper，the ground lightning location data of Hubei Province monitored byADTD ground lightning location system from September6to13，2021 areselected.Combined withradar，precipitation data anddatacomparisonof two lightning monitoring systems，theexistenceof falseflashinADTDgroundligtningdataisconfimed.Byanalyzingthecharacteristicsoffalsefashdata，thepoiblecauses offalsefashreexplored，andthequalitycontrolmethodoffalsfashdataisproposedcordingtotecharacteristicsoffalse flash data.It is proved that the method has achieved good results.
