Abstract：Forestand grassandfre is a serious threat to ecological securityand people's life and propertysafety.However， traditional monitoring methods have obvious deficiencies indata acquisition speed，processng accuracyand early warning timeliness.Therefore，this paper proposes a forest and grassland fire monitoringand early warning system basedon multisource perceptionoffireriskfctors.yintegratingsatellteremotesensing，UAVclusters and groundfireriskfctormonitoring stations，thesystemconstructs anair-space-groundcollaborative network tootainkeyfirerisk factordatasuchas surface temperatureand humidityandfuelmoisturecontentinreal ime.Combined withmulti-sourcedatafusiontechnology，itcan promote firepreventionandcontrolfrompasivedisposal tointellgentpre-control，andprovidetechncalsupportfobuldnga scientific and full-cycle forest and grassland fire prevention system.
