Abstract: Intellgent multi-task resource scheduling is an important guarantee for rapid response to emergency events. If resource scheduling is reasonable,itcan optimizeresourcealocationandreduceevent handling time.This paper proposes an emergency multi-task resource scheduling method basedon improved NSGA-Ialgorithm.Itdesigns amulti-objective optimization function,introduces expert experience to limitthesearch space,considers theresource competition game relationshipbetweeneventswihlosespatialdistribution,nddynamicallyorrectsthelocalcrossoverprobabilityofdivduals through event spacesimilarity.Itusesan improvedNSGA-I tosolvetheschedulingscheme,andcompares itsdiferences with manualyamotatedresourceschedulingschemes toverifytheefectivenessofthismethodbasedonsimulateddata.Meanwhile, the business processes and functional modules ofthe emergency multi-task resource scheduling system are systematically designed,providing anintellgentsupport platform forscientific decision-making by emergency management departments.

突发事件点多面广,依赖人员经验开展应急警务资源调度,工作量大,同时缺少资源匹配情况、调度成本等量化因素支撑,难以得出全局最佳调度方案;并且依靠人工经验生成调度方法耗时长,降低了任务资源调配的效率。(剩余5338字)
