Abstract:To address the industry challenges of low colaborative eficiency in marine-land network operation and maintenanceandhighcostsasociatedwithmanualoperationandmaintenance,thisstudyconstructsamarine-landintellgent operation and maintenance system grounded in microservice architecture. By establishing an inteligent operation and maintenance management platform, it integrates a Deep Learning-driven fault prediction model,a dynamic perception and Knowledge Graph-assisted decision-making module.These integrations enable functionalities such asself-diagnosis of link anomalies,closed-loop managementofwork orders throughout theirlifecycle,andasset status tracking.The systemovercomes the knowledge accumulationlimitations inherentin traditionaloperationand maintenance models,establishinga proactive fault preventionmechanism thatsignificantlyenhances thecollborativeoperationand maintenance capabilitiesof networks within complexmarineenvironments.Theresearchoutcomes contribute toareplicable technical paradigmfor intellgent operationand maintenance inmarine energy,oferingastandardizedsolution framework fordigital transformation within theindustry.
