Abstract：To addressthedrawbacksof traditional paper-based leave requests，such as inconvenient management and cumbersome processes，a university leave management information system based on the WeChat mini program is designed and implemented.Thesystemadoptsafront-endandback-endseparatedarchitecture.Thefront-endutilizes Vue.jstorealizedyamic interactiveinterfaces，whiletheback-endemploysJavacombined withtheSpringBootframework tohandledatalogic.MySQL is usedfordata storage，supplemented with Redis to enhance performance.Thesystem develops the functionmodulesincludea student leaveapplication module，a teacherapprovalmodule forleave requests，andaunifed background managementmodule. The system effectively meets the needs of universities in managing student leave management.
