Abstract： In viewof the problem that missing values afect data quality in student performance data，this study aims to exploreeffective methods for handling missing values to improvedata integrityandreliability.It is basedonPythonand its scientificcomputinglibraries，anduses multiplemethodstohandlethestudentperformancedata withmissingvalues，including mean/median/mode fllingmethod，forward/backwardflingmethod，andliear/polynomialinterpolationmethod.Compaative experimentalanalysis reveals notablediferences inthe impactof various missng Value handling methodsondata quality.The conclusion demonstrates thatselectingappropriate methods for handling mising values basedonspecificanalyticalobjectives anddatacharacteristicscan efectively improvethecompletenessand reliabilityof student performancedata.This approach provides more accurate data support for educational assessment work and educational management decision-making.
