Abstract:Theconstructionof teacher ethics and conduct inthenew era is an important guarante for implementing the fundamentaltask ofcultivating moralityandtalents,andis alsoakeylink inimprovingthequalityofeducationandthequality oftheteaching staff.Toadapt totherapid developmentofinformationtechnology,ateacher ethics andconduct evaluation systembasedon Django framework isdesigned,whichachievescomprehensiveevaluationand precisepositioningof teacher ethics performance.Thesystem is developedusing Python programming language,with PyCharmasthemain development tol,MySQLasthedatabase,andmodern Webtechnologyasthefront-end.Thesystemadopts theprincipleofacombination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,encouraging the participation of multiple evaluation subjects such as students, coleagues,andleaders toensurethecomprehensivenessandobjectivityoftheevaluationrsults.At tesametime,throughdata visualizationtechology,theevaluationresultsarevisualldisplayedinthefomofchartsandotherforms,providingdecision support for teaching experts and managers.In terms of user experience,the system focuses on convenienceand personalized services,providingasimpleandintuitiveoperating interfaceandrichfunctional modules.Itsupportsuserstomake personalized settings according to their needs, and improves the usability of the system.
