Research on Vehicle Routing Optimization Considering the Anxiety of Disaster Victim and the Regret Psychology of Decision-maker

Abstract：This paper takes theemergencyvehiclerouting under earthquake disastersas theresearch object，withthegoal ofminimizingtheanxietycostsofdisastervictimsandvehicleoperatingcosts.Intheresearchprocessitdesignsandintegrates apiecewise anxietycost function for disaster victims thatcombines three-dimensional urgencycoeffcient evaluationand soft time windows.Onthisbasis，itfurtherconstructsabi-objective modelfor multi-vehicle-type mixed dispatching，proposesan improvedSSNSGA-II（SandCatSwarm Optimizationand Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II）algorithmto solvethe model，andintrodueseget theorytoreentheptialsolution.Finallyitselectsthe3Lusaeartquakeasaseand verifies the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm through case analysis.
