Abstract：With therapid developmentof higher education，the managementof teachers'teaching workload is becoming moreandmorecomplexandimportant.Thetraditionalmanualstatisticalmethodhasbeendiicult tomeet theneedsofmodem collegesanduniversities.This paper designsandimplementsacollegesanduniversities teachingworkload managementsystem basedoVue.jsfront-end framework，Djangoback-endframeworkandMySQLdatabase.Thesystemadoptsthefront-endand back-endseparationarchitecture，andrealizesdatainteractionthroughRESTfulAPI，whichcanaccuratelycaleulate theworkload of teachers，dynamicallymanage theworkload，andsupport real-timeupdateandqueryofdata.The system includescore functionssuchasteacherworkloadentryuditandasignment，statisticsndquery，hichcanmeet teneedsofdietoles ofteachers，collegeadministratorsandschooladministrators.ThesystemisdeployedontheCentOSserver.Thefunctionaltest showsthat ithascompletefunctionsandstableoperation，whichcaneffctively improvetheeffciencyof teaching management and enhance the scientificity and accuracy of teachers' workload management.
