Design of Constant Temperature Gas Detection Cell System Based on HardwarePWM

Abstract: In Non-Dispersive Infrared gasanalysis equipment,performance parameters of components such as internal infraredlightsourcs,etetors,ndfltesesesiietoiotaltmperatreiccts temeasuremtabilityofthe instrument.Meanwhile,thetemperatureofthegastobemeasuredalsochanges withtheenvironmentafterenteringthegaschamber. Therefore,thispaper designsaconstanttemperature gas detectioncellbasedonhardware PWM,outlines theoveralldesignsceme, hardware designschemeandstructuraldesign scheme,and explains thedetailed designandcalculation procesesofeachmodule. Throughactualmeasurement,thetemperatureisecurveintheconstanttmperaturecellhasgoodcontiuitywithoutoversotor undershoot,witha temperature stability of ±0.1∘C .It features high precision,low costand easy development,and has a significant effect on improving the measurement stability of infrared spectroscopy gas analysis equipment.

随着体外诊断市场的迅速发展,终端用户对IVD医疗设备测量的准确性关注度也越来越高,在 CO2 气体浓度检测方法上,非色散红外(NDIR)技术因选择性好,灵敏度高,检测范围广,抗干扰能力强,在空气检测,矿井勘察,医疗卫生等领域得到广泛应用[,5],具有较大的商业价值。(剩余7065字)
