Abstract：Based onthe theoretical frameworkof digital transformation，this study investigates inovative applications of Information Technology in event managementfieldthrough thecaseofJiaxing City's“FunPlayer”event management platform.ByconstructingatechicalarchitecturegroundedinteAR（Dialogue，Access，isk-bnefit，ansparencyodel， it integrates160heterogeneousdatasourcestoestablishanintellgentdata middleplatform.Theresearchproposesa govemment enterprisecollborativeplatformdevelopmentmodel，establishingfunctionalsystemsincludingintellgenteventrcommendation and digital twin management.Empirical results demonstrate thatthe platform significantly enhances event management efficiency. Theresearch outcomes providea digitaltransformationsolution forsmartcityconstruction，encompassing techical implementationpathways，operational management mechanisms，andecosystemcollaborationstrategies.This studyvalidates the technical feasibilityand application valueof cross-departmental data fusion in public service domains.
