Abstract: Aiming at the problem of information asymmetry between IT technology education suply and industrial demand,this studydesignsanIT technologylearning KnowledgeGraph systembasedonNeo4j graphdatabaseandES.The systemitegrates multi-source heterogeneous datasuchascourses,skils,learingresouesandenterprisepositions,constructs across-dimensional knowledge associationnetwork,andrealizes dynamicoptimizationoflearningpaths andaccurate matching of jobcapabilies.Thesysteminovativelyconstructs theKnowledgeGraphofuserabilitytrainingprogram,quantifesth sil leveloflearners,andanalyzes the matching degree with jobrequirements trough Knowledge Graphmapping.The experimental results how thatthe system resource utilization and job matching accuracy are significantly improved,and the learning effciencyand employment matching degreeare effectively improved.Thisresearchhasimportant practical value foroptimizing thematchingmechanismof talentsupplyanddemand,andprovidesafeasibleschemeforthepreciseemploymentofstudents in the IT industry.
