Abstract： Under the background of new productivity and digital economy development，operators face multiple botlenecks inproduction，operation，andmanagementduringthedevelopmentof govemmentandenterprisebusines.This study explores theintegrationand innovationofbusiness logicanddigitaltechnologymeans.Throughthe integrationoffront-endand back-endtechologiessuchsVue3，HyQL，Pyton，arts，andAargemodels，thartersstemisevelode systemrealizes the interactive series of five management modules of customer relationship management，marketing analysis， business opportunitymanagement，visitmanagementandprojectmanagement，promotes theintegrationofthewholelifecycle of goverment andenterprise businessprocessvisualizationand intelligent operation management，and effectively improves the efficiency of front-end and back-end collaborative operations.
