Abstract: Inthe faceof thenewrequirements of thecountry for data aggregation and integration,sharingand opening up, anddevelopmentandutilization,aswellastheproblemsofdata islandsandlowdatafusioneffciencyfacedbyvariousregions indata managementandapplication,theseafectthepaceof digital transformationtoacertainextent.Tothisend,this paper combinesthecharacteristicsofmulti-source data and proposesamulti-sourcedata fusion3Ddata processng systembasedon ConvolutionalNeural Network(CNN)forthe limitationsof traditional3Ddata fusion.Through CNNmulti-sourcedata fusion technology,the system realizes the fusion of multiple data sources such as satelites and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), improvestheeffciencyof3Ddataprocessng,andformsareal-scene3Ddataaset.Itcansupportthefunctiosofdisastersite environmentreconstruction,curatepositioningandtracking,andprovidesupportforsolvingdataproblems,promotingdigital transformation and improving emergency management level.
