Abstract：Inreentyears，provincesautoomousregionsandmunicipalitieshaverealizedtenecesstyandurgencyofloalgislationforntangbleuluraleritagendavegiddandsandarddteprotetionorkofintangiblecuralritagtouhalleis lation.Theisefcallegislationforintangbleculturalhritageasprovidedetivelgalprovisiosfortheloalprotetionokofin tangibleulturaliageowesusuchsivemgeodeqategallabilitys，disigil mentatioefectsstllquireatenton.Locallegislationforitangibleulturalheritageshoulddheretotheprobmorientdarah andmainlydothefolowingwok：enhancnglegislativeprecisiontoighightlocalharacteristcs；improvinglegalliabilityauseto strengtheneforcementmechaniss（"teth"）；monitoingos-legisationmplementatiointesinglafocementispcis，ad establishing a comprehensive operational system for local intangible cultural heritage legislation.
