食品安全快速检测技术的应用研究

摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题频发，严重威胁着公众的健康与安全。快速检测技术作为食品安全保障的重要手段，正逐步得到广泛关注与应用。本文分析食品安全快速检测技术的应用意义及存在的问题，并提出改进建议，以期进一步推进快速检测技术的应用，更好地保障公众的健康与安全。

Abstract： In recent years， frequent food safety problems have seriously threatened public health and safety. As an important means of food safety assurance， rapid detection technology is gradually being widely concerned and applied. This paper analyzes the application significance and existing problems of rapid detection technology for food safety， and puts forward suggestions for improvement， in order to further promote the application of rapid detection technology and better protect public health and safety.
