卫生服务管理视角下的食品安全监管策略探讨
摘 要:食品安全是关系国计民生的重要议题,对公共卫生和社会稳定具有深远影响。本文从卫生服务管理的角度,探讨了当前食品安全监管面临的挑战,提出了完善监测体系、加强人才培养、优化检测技术、强化部门协作等具体建议,以有效提升食品安全监管效能,降低食品安全风险,保障公众健康。

Discussion on Food Safety Supervision Strategy from the Perspective of Health Service Management

Abstract: Food safety is an important issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, and has a far-reaching impact on public health and social stability. From the perspective of health service management, this article discusses the challenges currently faced by food safety supervision and puts forward specific suggestions such as improving the monitoring system, strengthening talent training, optimizing detection technology, and strengthening departmental collaboration, so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision, reduce food safety risks, and protect public health.
