数学算法在白酒勾调中的应用研究进展
摘 要:本文综述了线性规划、目标规划、模糊数学、神经网络和遗传算法等数学算法在白酒勾调中的应用研究现状,旨在实现酒体质量稳定、感官评分高、勾调成本低、勾调效率高和劳动强度小的效果,以及为白酒勾调领域研究人员提供借鉴。

Abstract: In this paper, the application of mathematical algorithms such as linear programming, goal programming, fuzzy mathematics, neural network and genetic algorithm in wine blending was reviewed, aiming to achieve stable wine body quality, high sensory score, low cost, high efficiency and low labor intensity, and to provide reference for researchers in the field of wine blending.
