摘 要：基于大数据时代网络传播的飞速发展和新时代大学生追求个性化和自由化的特点，高校网络舆情的处理与应对已成为高校思想政治教育和校园安全稳定维护的重大难题。近年来，因高校食品安全问题而产生的网络舆情牵动着整个社会的敏感神经，对高校网络舆情应对技能提出了重大挑战。

Abstract： Given the rapid development of online dissemination in the era of big data and the characteristics of modern university students pursuing individualization and liberalization， handling and responding to online public opinion has become a significant challenge for ideological and political education in universities and the maintenance of campus safety and stability. In recent years， The online public opinion generated by food safety issues in universities is affecting the sensitive nerves of the entire society， posing significant challenges to the skills of universities in responding to online public opinion.
