蔬果中农药残留胶体金免疫层析快检技术推广应用与对策探讨
摘 要:本文简要介绍了蔬果中农药残留快速检测现状,总结了胶体金免疫层析技术的推广措施,并针对存在的缺乏统一标准、基层工作人员专业素质参差不齐、快检结果缺乏有效应用等问题进行分析,提出相应的对策,以期为胶体金免疫层析技术的进一步推广和应用提供助力。

Discussion on the Promotion, Application, and Countermeasures of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Rapid Detection Technology for Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Fruits

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the current status of rapid detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, summarizes the promotion measures of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology, and analyzes the existing problems such as lack of unified standards, uneven professional quality of grassroots staff, and lack of effective application of rapid detection results. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide assistance for the further promotion and application of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology.

1 蔬果中农药残留快速检测技术现状
1.1 酶抑制法
