海带多糖的提取方法及生物活性研究
摘 要:海带多糖是海带中重要的天然活性成分,其具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节及降血糖等作用。本文对海带多糖不同提取方法进行比较,对海带多糖生物活性进行分析,旨在为海带多糖的进一步开发研究提供理论依据。

Study on Extraction Method and Biological Activity of Polysaccharide From Laminaria japonica

Abstract: Laminaria japonica polysaccharides are important natural active ingredients in Laminaria japonica, which have antioxidant, anti-tumor, immune regulation, and hypoglycemic effects. This article compares different extraction methods of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides and analyzes their biological activities, aiming to provide theoretical basis for further development and research of kelp polysaccharides.
