摘 要：随着我国社会经济发展水平的不断提高，人们对食品安全的要求也不断提升。农药残留是食品安全的重要指标之一，加强农药残留检测是满足消费者对食品安全需求的重要手段。本文对于食品检测中农药残留检测技术的具体应用进行分析，以供参考。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of China’s socio-economic development level， people’s requirements for food safety are also constantly increasing. Pesticide residue is one of the important indicators of food safety， and strengthening pesticide residue detection is an important means to meet consumers’ food safety needs. This article analyzes the specific application of pesticide residue detection technology in food testing for reference.
