摘 要:感官检验技术以人们的感官感知为基础,包括视觉、嗅觉、味觉、触觉以及听觉等方面,能够全面而准确地评价食品的外观、口感、气味等特性,在食品质量控制、新产品开发以及市场调研中发挥着不可替代的作用,为食品行业提供了关键的信息支持。基于此,本文探讨了食品感官检验技术在食品质量检测中的应用。

Discussion on the Application of Food Sensory Inspection Technology in Food Quality Inspection

Abstract: Based on people’s sensory perception, including vision, smell, taste, touch and hearing, sensory inspection technology can comprehensively and accurately evaluate the appearance, taste, odor and other characteristics of food, and plays an irreplaceable role in food quality control, new product development and market research, providing key information support for the food industry. Based on this, this paper discusses the application of food sensory inspection technology in food quality inspection.
