中式面点的传承与创新

摘 要：中式面点品种繁多，既传承了中华饮食文化，又能满足人们的口腹之欲。目前，人们普遍追求饮食健康养生，本文分析了中式面点的养生理念，探索中式面点的养生创新之路，为营养健康的面点品种的开发提供参考。

Abstract： There are many varieties of Chinese pastry， which not only inherits the Chinese food culture， but also satisfies people’s appetite. At present， people generally pursue healthy diet， this paper analyzes the health concept of Chinese pastry， explores the way of health innovation of Chinese pastry， and provides reference for the development of nutritious and healthy pastry varieties.
