液相色谱串联质谱法测定牛奶中黄体酮残留量的不确定度分析

摘 要:本文采用液相色谱串联质谱法对牛奶中黄体酮残留量进行分析测定。结果表明,当牛奶中黄体酮残留量测定含量为6.93 µg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度达到1.82 µg·kg-1(k=2)。该方法的不确定度主要来自校准过程产生的不确定度,可对相关计量器具进行检定以改善。

Abstract: This article uses a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method to determine the residual amount of progesterone in milk. The results showed that when the content of progesterone residue in milk was 6.93 µg·kg-1, the expanded uncertainty reached 1.82 µg·kg-1(k=2). The uncertainty of this method mainly comes from the uncertainty generated during the calibration process, and relevant measuring instruments can be verified to improve the accuracy
