河南省荠菜产业发展现状与策略

摘 要：荠菜是广受人们喜爱的一种药食同源蔬菜，近年来河南省荠菜产业发展得越来越好。本文从生产规模效益、相关产品、栽培模式等方面总结了河南省荠菜产业的发展现状，提出荠菜发展的方向与策略，为河南省荠菜产业的发展提供参考。

Abstract： Shepherd’s purse is a kind of medicinal and edible vegetable that is widely loved by people. In recent years， the shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province has developed better and better. This paper summarizes the development status of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province from the aspects of production scale benefit， related products， and cultivation mode， and puts forward the direction and strategy of shepherd’s purse development， so as to provide reference for the development of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province.
