食品微生物检测技术及其质量控制
摘 要:本文依照文献对比法和理论分析法对食品微生物检测的重要性进行论述,同时简单介绍了食品微生物检测技术类型,并对食品微生物检测质量管理工作展开合理分析与探究,包括保障样品采集质量、定期开展内部质量控制等,以供参考。

Abstract: This article discusses the importance of food microbiological testing based on literature comparison and theoretical analysis methods. At the same time, it briefly introduces the types of food microbiological testing technologies, and conducts reasonable analysis and exploration of food microbiological testing quality management work, including ensuring the quality of sample collection, regularly conducting internal quality control, etc., for reference.
