食品安全监督抽检的效能提升与发展建议

摘 要：食品安全监督抽检是保障食品安全、消除食品安全隐患的重要技术支撑，是食品安全监管的重要组成部分。本文针对食品安全监督抽检工作的开展情况，提出了提高抽检工作效能的具体策略，并结合自身工作经验，对今后食品安全抽检工作的进一步深入开展提出了几点建议，以期为提升食品安全监督抽检效能提供参考。

Abstract： Food safety supervision and sampling is an important technical support for ensuring food safety and eliminating food safety hazards， and is an important component of food safety supervision. This article proposes specific strategies to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling work， and based on one’s own work experience， puts forward several suggestions for further deepening food safety sampling work in the future， in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling.
