摘 要:近年来,农产品安全问题层出不穷,为了确保消费者购买的农产品质量安全,有必要对其进行检测。而液相色谱-质谱技术在农产品农药、兽药残留方面应用广泛,基于此,本文简要概述了液相色谱-质谱联用技术相关原理,对其在食用农产品检测中的应用及相关问题进行了探讨,并提出了针对性措施,以供参考。

Application and Problems of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: In recent years, agricultural product safety issues have emerged one after another. In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products purchased by consumers, it is necessary to conduct testing on them. The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is widely used in agricultural pesticide and veterinary drug residues. Based on this, this article briefly summarizes the relevant principles of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology, explores its application and related issues in the detection of edible agricultural products, and proposes targeted measures for reference.
