新时代中小学食堂食品安全风险的治理策略
摘 要:本文在阐明新时代中小学食堂食品安全风险治理现实诉求的基础上,归纳总结了具体风险治理过程中存在的投入保障不够、管理制度薄弱、社会监管缺位等问题,提出了加大投入保障,强化安全管理;打造智慧食堂,实施物联监管;机器换人理念,提升自主管理;引入社会监督,打造共治局面等治理策略。

Management Strategy of Food Safety Risks in Primary and Secondary School Canteens in the New Era

Abstract: On the basis of elucidating the practical demands of food safety risk management in primary and secondary school canteens in the new era, this article summarizes the problems that exist in the specific risk management process, such as insufficient investment guarantee, weak management system, and lack of social supervision. This article also proposes countermeasures, including increasing investment to ensure and strengthen safety management, building smart canteens to implement the internet of things supervision, enhancing independent management with the concept of machine replacement, and introducing social supervision to create a situation of co governance
