食品添加剂引发的食品安全问题及控制措施研究
摘 要:近些年来,我国出现大量的食品安全事件,并引起公众的广泛关注,其中存在食品添加剂使用不当和使用剂量不规范等问题。因此,本文研究了食品添加剂引发的食品安全问题,深入探讨了食品添加剂的控制措施,旨在加强对食品添加剂的监督管理,以确保消费者的合法权利。

Study on Food Safety Problems Caused by Food Additives and Control Measures

Abstract: In recent years, there have been a large number of food safety incidents, which have aroused widespread public concern, including improper use of food additives and non-standard dosage. Therefore, this paper studies the food safety problems caused by food additives, in-depth discussion of the control measures of food additives, aimed at strengthening the supervision and management of food additives, in order to ensure the legal rights of consumers.
