食品添加剂引发的食品安全问题及控制措施研究

摘 要：近些年来，我国出现大量的食品安全事件，并引起公众的广泛关注，其中存在食品添加剂使用不当和使用剂量不规范等问题。因此，本文研究了食品添加剂引发的食品安全问题，深入探讨了食品添加剂的控制措施，旨在加强对食品添加剂的监督管理，以确保消费者的合法权利。

Study on Food Safety Problems Caused by Food Additives and Control Measures

Abstract： In recent years， there have been a large number of food safety incidents， which have aroused widespread public concern， including improper use of food additives and non-standard dosage. Therefore， this paper studies the food safety problems caused by food additives， in-depth discussion of the control measures of food additives， aimed at strengthening the supervision and management of food additives， in order to ensure the legal rights of consumers.
